Whether you need help finding a place to stay, lost your itinerary, or just missed a flight, our responsive travel counsellors are available to chat 24/7.
Use your company email address or the email address that is linked to your booking to authenticate into the mobile app.
When you log into the app, we’ll have all your current and past trip information accessible. This way, we can make changes quickly on your behalf without a lengthy verification process. Amex GBT adheres to strict data security and compliance standards.
If you are a supplier, please contact your National Sales Office or our local Supplier Enablement Manager.
If you have access to your itinerary, there should be a number. This number will give you a direct line to your assigned travel counsellor. Otherwise, downloading the mobile app will be the simplest way for you to get help.
Tap Chat in the mobile app on the bottom tab to start a conversation. If applicable, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant will respond instantly and connect you with a travel counsellor at your request. The counsellors pick up the conversation so there’s no need to repeat details.1
It depends on your request! If applicable, our AI assistant (accessed via the Chat icon on the bottom of your home screen) can help you get things done. The AI assistant will ask you for the necessary information to find an invoice or itinerary you’re looking for. If you have a question about health and safety regulations, the assistant will reply. If AI cannot fulfil your request, it automatically directs you to a live travel counsellor.
The app offers self-service options*. To modify or cancel a booking, go to the Trips tab at the bottom of the home screen. Go into the Actions menu and select Cancel or Modify. *Pending on online booking tool.)
You get complete trip management at home or on-the-go. You can view hotel information, car rental details, flight departure and arrival times, gate location, and more. Access previous and upcoming trip information, get real-time updates, and easily share itineraries with colleagues and family. You’ll also get notifications when disruptions occur during your trip.
Check the App Store or Google Play store to make sure you have the latest version of the mobile app installed. It’s also recommended to double-check your internet connection to make sure it’s strong if connected to Wi-Fi.
