You’re a great communicator and collaborator, skilled at building relationships and making presentations. Details. Logistics. You’ve got them down pat. You stay steady when challenges come about. Yet, you’re also creative and thrive on a variety of tasks from day to day. Does that sound like you?
Be the main point of contact before and during the event. Based on your client’s needs, you’ll negotiate major components of the meeting or event, help manage complex logistics, create preliminary budgets, and lead timelines.
Organized, detail-oriented – those are just some of the qualities of our meeting coordinators. You’ll support our meeting planners by coordinating everything from attendees to meeting logistics.
Be the primary client liaison, negotiating major components of the contract based on clients’ requirements. Recommending suppliers and destinations, communicating with the procurement team, negotiating prices, and creating preliminary budgets are some of the varied aspects of this role.
With strong industry knowledge, you’ll own client relationships, executing clients’ service needs with a drive to maximize ROI. You’ll also take lead on managing client contracts, making sure that terms and conditions are met.
Negotiating all aspects of the hotel room contract is the main role of our meeting experts. You’ll research travel and meeting locations so that clients can get favorable rates, hotel features, and special offers in their terms and conditions.
