Earlier this month, we were delighted to participate in GBTA Australia. We had a booth at the event, and were pleased to see many of you there, and to have the opportunity to connect. In addition to our booth, we also participated in a number of sessions:

Data, data everywhere … But what do we do with it?

Jo Sully, Vice President & General Manager, spoke on a panel alongside industry professionals, exploring how we can use data to enhance our travel programs. The session looked at everything from using the latest advances in predictive analytics to drive savings and improve the traveller experience, to measuring the ROI of business travel and traveller productivity, right through to employee well-being.

Optimising your Accommodation Program

Jo Sully was also available, with a team of experts, to answer questions on how to make the most of accommodation programs.

Strategic Meetings Management – A journey, not a destination!

Adeline Kang, Regional Business Development and Account Management APAC, American Express Meetings & Events, participated on a panel focused on tackling the process of incorporating meetings spend into overall travel programs. The panel discussed how including meetings spend within the overall travel program can leverage savings and deliver better customer experiences.
